It is our goal to provide quality music cuts and edits that are as seamless as possible. Although we strive for perfection there are cases where it just may not be possible. Each purchase includes one chance to send back your song for revisions but any further alterations will come with a fee. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Original content materials include, but are not limited to music and/or arrangement (s) and/or lyrics, compact discs, vinyl record albums and cassette tapes and digital media. All mixes are for use in facilities that have SESAC/ASCAP/BMI public performance licenses.
All songs that are requested must be available for legal download from sources such as iTunes or Amazon Digital Music Store. We will not obtain a copy of a song illegally for any reason.
Monetary compensation received by The Label is Gabel is in payment for digital audio editing and sound effects processing services, creative services, time, materials and other expenses. Monetary compensation is not for the sale, resale, barter or trade of original content material.
By purchasing any tracks from The Label is Gabel you certify that you will use the material obtained for the sole purpose of enhancing your performance art and will NOT sell, resell, or redistribute any of the tracks acquired within this website. The Label is Gabel owns the rights to the creations we create, and can resell any creations after one year unless previously discussed with the buyer who has purchased the full rights to the creation.
Furthermore before purchasing any of the tracks on The Label is Gabel, you certify that you are already in possession of the original works contained within the track's composition(s) respectively.
